Institute of Advance Technology & Environmental Studies (IATES), Bhubaneswar, India, has been set up as a Registered Public Charitable Trust with internationally reputed technologist Padmashree Prof. Dr. Prafulla Kumar Jena as it’s Founder Chairman. A good number of distinguished scientists and engineers in the concerned disciplines are associated with IATES. The Institute has got unique expertise and infrastructural facilities for providing environment friendly technology particularly in the areas of mining, processing of mineral resources and industrial wastes to recovered the values, management of water resources and development of special materials.

It has also developed expertise in design and fabrication of equipment, environmental studies including Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) & Environment Management Plan (EMP), quality control, and analysis of minerals, metals, soil, air and water.

The Institute has been working in close collaboration with a large number of leading governmental, industrial, research and educational organizations for providing technical consultancy, appropriate technology and special training in emerging areas of science and technology.
